Operators who integrate into your business

We started in 1999 helping small and mid-sized organizations adopt new technology. The industry changed. Our focus did not: intimate delivery, platform ownership, and relationships that last decades.

Who we are

Cynch is an infrastructure and platform services firm based in Austin, Texas. We help organizations design, migrate, modernize, and operate the systems that keep the business online — cloud platforms, Kubernetes, data tiers, networks, and the automation that glues them together.

Our culture is grounded in a simple idea: we are operators. We break down the traditional silos between the business, development, and operations (deployment, infrastructure, and security). We encourage collaboration, communication, and automation in everything we touch.

We are a small team by design. That is how we stay tightly integrated with customers — and how we have extended from mid-market intimacy into enterprise environments without becoming a faceless service desk.

Not a rack-and-stack mega-MSP. Not a helpdesk.

Vs. large enterprise providers

Larger firms might bring scale, but we bring ownership density — the people who design your platform are close to the people who run it at 3 a.m., and they know your business context.

Vs. local managed IT

Many Austin-area MSPs excel at end-user support. We intentionally do not. Our lane is the infrastructure and platforms under the applications — the layer that keeps revenue systems available.

Vs. pure consulting

Strategy decks without day-two ownership leave you holding the bag. We design with operations in mind, then stay on for managed services when you want a team that already understands the build.

Clear boundaries make better partners

We do not install physical cabling. We do not pretend to be your full deskside, telephony, or printer shop. We do design, hardware and vendor selection, and managed services for WAN, LAN (wired and wireless), data center, and cloud interconnectivity. We will introduce partners when something is outside our focus — and we will stay accountable for the platforms we own with you.

A short call is enough to see if we fit. Bring your architecture diagrams, your constraints, and the outcomes you care about.
