Most application outages are not “Kubernetes is hard.” They are connection pools exhausted, disks filling, cache stampedes, unpatched database engines, or a single primary with no tested failover. Cynch specializes in that middle tier: the services your application assumes will always be there.

Managed database products from hyperscalers are excellent tools — and sometimes the right answer. Other times you need self-managed or hybrid deployments for latency, cost, compliance, or feature control. We help you choose deliberately, then operate whatever you chose with production discipline.

The contract with your developers is simple: they ship features; we keep Apache/Nginx, databases, and caches healthy, observable, and restorable. When something in the data tier pages, the right people already know the topology.
